As a result of the recent publicity, the Greenwood Police Department made an arrest in the case of multiple burglaries along W Center Street. Investigators were able to identify three persons of interest in this case; Ricky Franklin, Mickey Franklin, and Cody Woodrum. With the help of television air time from KFSM TV5 News, investigators were able to locate two of the three subjects in this case. Cody Woodrum and Michael Franklin were contacted by Investigators of the Greenwood Police Department.

 

As a result of the interviews, Cody Woodrum was charged with eight counts of burglary related to the break ins to the eight businesses located in and around the shopping centers at 1245 W Center and 1275 W Center.
