Following up on the investigation initiated by the Scott County Sheriff's Department, the Greenwood Police Department obtained an arrest warrant on Kevin Young for the possession of child pornography. Detectives from the Greenwood Police Department searched Young’s home which was located across from North Main Intermediate School and seized his computer, multiple CD’s, diskettes, video tapes, and items of drug paraphernalia. An examination of the seized materials revealed multiple known images of child pornography.

 

Young was already being held in the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center where he was facing charges of possession of child pornography from the Scott County Sheriff's Department. Young now faces charges in both Scott and Sebastian Counties.
